About the Role We are seeking an experienced Data Entry and Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Bosnia and Herzegovina. As a key member of our Customer Listening Team, you will play a crucial role in handling the end-to-end Voice of the Customer technique, which includes layout and programming of customer experience surveys. With over 5M surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider area, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in our customers' lives. Our surveys are translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries, making this a truly global role. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and maintenance of the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted by Qualtrics Work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in technology to drive innovation and transformation Collaborate with utility teams to outline, frame, and capture business needs, growing information of Voice of the Purchaser methods and leveraging the same to outline and transform the facts within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform Design and build strong data model architecture to aid most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions Enable big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring information first-rate and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case degree Provide guidelines to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystem Power consumer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software program programs, checking out & builds automation tools Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve best and efficiency Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Hands-on development experience on Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting Languages, Development Launch Management, and Troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no longer less than 3+ years Active collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise the functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our colleagues.
