About the Role We are seeking an experienced Data Entry and Live Chat Specialist to join our Customer Experience Enhancement Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping us transform and innovate our end-to-end Voice of the Customer (VOC) process. You will work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts, and agile teams to design, develop, and implement new VOC methods and technologies. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with utility teams to define, frame, and capture business needs Develop knowledge of VOC methods and leverage this knowledge to define and transform data within our Cornerstone big data platform Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions Enable big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using big data ecosystems Power customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Hands-on development experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, and development launch management and troubleshooting for data-driven projects (minimum 3+ years) Experience with agile methodologies and delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with dating managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with VOC methods and technologies Knowledge of big data ecosystems and analytics solutions Familiarity with agile project management tools and methodologies Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong technical skills, with the ability to design and develop innovative solutions Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and automate manual tasks Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our colleagues.
