Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and skilled Data Entry and Engineering professional to join our team at blithequark. Key Responsibilities Assemble and analyze large, complex data sets to meet business requirements Design and implement internal process improvements, including infrastructure redesign, data optimization, and automation of manual processes Build and maintain required infrastructure for data extraction, transformation, and loading using AWS and SQL technologies Develop analytical tools to provide actionable insights into key business performance metrics, such as operational efficiency and customer acquisition Collaborate with stakeholders, including data, design, product, and executive teams, to support their data infrastructure needs and resolve technical issues Generate or adapt tools and technology to serve customer needs Perform other job duties as directed by leadership Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field; or equivalent formal education Advanced-level experience with specialized expertise in cloud infrastructure, DataLake, ETL, and various file types Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and concepts involved in producing precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models Ability to apply sound judgment and reasoning to recognize the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems Preferred Qualifications Experience with unit testing, code quality tools, CI/CD technologies, security, and container technologies Agile development experience and familiarity with Agile ceremonies and practices Strong understanding of the practical application of engineering science and technology, including the use of principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to design and produce various products and services Skills and Competencies Ability to identify complex issues and review related data to develop and evaluate alternatives and implement solutions Skilled in recognizing patterns, including finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events Ability to shift between two or more activities or sources of information, such as speech, sounds, touch, or other sources Ability to organize things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules Career Growth and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the career growth and development of our employees.
