Job Summary We are seeking an Experienced Remote Data Entry and Customer Service Representative to join our virtual operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctor's offices, processing claims, and ensuring document classification and transmission to clients. You will also be responsible for receiving, processing, and ensuring document classification are completed and transmitted to clients. This is a remote position that requires a secure workspace with high-speed internet and the ability to sit for long periods. Key Responsibilities Process documents electronically, including scanning, indexing, and uploading documents to our database. Make outbound calls to doctor's offices to verify information and resolve issues. Process claims, including reviewing and verifying data, and ensuring accurate and timely transmission to clients. Receive, process, and ensure document classification are completed and transmitted to clients. Sort, image, and archive documents by form type, and identify documents and their purpose. Classify documents based on contract requirements and verify data from automated data extraction tools. Ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level. Position Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: High School Diploma or equivalency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word. A secure workspace with high-speed internet. The ability to pass a typing test. The ability to sit for long periods and work overtime if needed. Strong organizational and computer typing skills for effective note-taking. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong data entry skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Availability to work weekends and holidays if required. The estimated salary range for this role is $26,600.00 - $33,250.00 per year, based on experience and performance. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, and a retirement savings plan.
