Key Responsibilities Design and implement fundamental workflow tooling at scale to support top-level planning experiences, capable workflow, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement Deliver critical data insights and engage with stakeholders across the organization to drive workflow initiatives Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and progress towards targets Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists and Subject Matter Experts, to drive action and make data-driven decisions Profile complex systems, document them, and identify areas for improvement Recognize patterns and trends in large datasets and communicate insights to stakeholders Drive change management initiatives and work closely with stakeholders to translate insights into wins Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst Solid working knowledge of Analytics: awareness, insights, and the Analytics Development Cycle (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive) Ability to turn analysis into action: develop key metrics, propose process changes, and drive action plans to all levels of the organization Strong SQL skills: querying, aggregating, and data analysis/validation Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Software Development Analysis: CI/CD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software delivery Experience with Agile Development: understanding pipeline architecture, integration, test systems, and procedures, and the deployment of code Product Ownership: fully accountable for key results for an initiative – experience driving projects and delivering significant results through analysis Leadership skills: ability to plan and drive initiatives, working across stakeholder groups towards a unified goal Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Apple, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
