Job Summary As a Remote Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will work from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch support to our members and providers through inbound calls. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build trust, and foster long-term relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from members and providers, providing a high level of customer service, courtesy, and professionalism. Input data accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records and reports. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner. Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to articulate ideas clearly and concisely, adjusting the message to match the audience. Demonstrate empathy and understanding of customer needs, providing personalized solutions and support. Multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. Essential Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely. Proficiency in using Windows and MS Office, with strong PC skills. Ability to empathize and understand the needs of customers, providing personalized solutions and support. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns. Proficiency in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. Entry-level experience in customer support or a related field is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a remote or call center environment. Familiarity with Medicare plans and the Silver Sneakers program. Experience with data entry and record-keeping. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a competitive pay rate of $16.50 per hour, paid weekly, for this 3-month contract position. As a remote team member, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from home, with a schedule that includes Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm EST.
