Key Responsibilities: Answers customer inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing accurate and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction. Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems to ensure prompt resolution. Fulfills customer requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests to relevant departments or teams. Maintains the call center database by entering information, documenting customer interactions, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, knowledge management, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments. Develops and implements appropriate reporting requirements as directed by supervisors or managers to ensure seamless operations and process improvements. Handles Subject Matter Expert inquiries, assists other team members, and contributes to the training and development of new hires to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence. Participates in quality assurance activities to ensure that customer support services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and provide timely solutions. Proficiency in computer applications, software, and technology, including call center databases and customer relationship management systems.
