Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional service to every caller, building trust and creating sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional service to every caller, ensuring a positive and memorable experience Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills to research and communicate solutions in a variety of situations Effectively handle customer concerns by utilizing available resources to provide accurate information and ensure empathetic resolution Confidentially handle policy owner information and ensure compliance and communication standards are met Collaborate with internal teams to ensure thorough and timely resolutions for all members Maintain accurate records of all interactions and changes, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service-related position, where there is a high value placed on the customer/member experience. Insurance or call center experience is preferred, and you should have a demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude, technical aptitude, and experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies.
