Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet, with a proven track record of resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner. Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required, with a passion for delivering world-class service and creating memorable customer experiences.
