Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field such as communications, marketing, or business is preferred. At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach to resolving issues. Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools.
