Job Overview As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound calls, addressing their queries, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, disconnect/reconnect, payment arrangements, budget billings, and other customer-related issues Process trouble and outage orders, move in/out service, and assist with online account management Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer complaints and concerns Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Adhere to blithequark's policies, procedures, and quality standards Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Prior call center experience, preferably in a customer-facing role Excellent attendance and punctuality record Strong computer navigation skills, with the ability to type at least 35-40 words per minute Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups Ability to work overtime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously High-speed internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 25 mbps and upload speed of 20 mbps Hardwired connection required, with no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots Camera requirements: cameras must be on during training and work hours, excluding breaks and lunches What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including: Competitive hourly rate of $15.00 per hour Paid training, with a start date of June 16, 2025 Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching, paid time off, and paid holidays Opportunities for growth and development, with a focus on career advancement and professional development A dynamic and supportive work environment, with a team-oriented culture and collaborative approach Work Environment and Culture At blithequark, we are proud of our diverse and inclusive work environment, where everyone is valued and respected.
