Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Utilize excellent communication skills to address customer needs and enhance customer satisfaction. Own the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability, including making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the perfect travel documentation. Escort unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport. Operate loading bridges, open, close, and secure aircraft doors. Tag and lift baggage from scales to conveyor belts, with some luggage weighing up to 70 pounds. What You'll Need to Succeed: Essential Qualifications To excel as a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States. Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
