Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from customers and provide timely assistance with their flight reservations, cancellations, and other inquiries. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide detailed information on flight schedules, fares, and company policies to customers. Assist customers with special requests and accommodations, ensuring their needs are met. Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference and analysis. Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and procedures to provide the most current information to customers. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you should have: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. The ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and empathy, ensuring customer issues are resolved effectively. Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems. A high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace to ensure productivity and efficiency. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, having additional coursework in customer service or hospitality can be a significant plus.
