Key Responsibilities Understanding and implementing all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure that our customers receive timely and effective support. Taking all overflow inbound service calls to ensure that every customer interaction is handled promptly and professionally. Assisting customers with appointment scheduling, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Collaborating with Service Managers to ensure that every customer has a world-class experience, from initial contact to follow-up. Maintaining a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies, including marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates. Providing exceptional customer service, every time, every day, to build loyalty and drive business growth. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Proficiency in using phones and computers, with excellent communication and technical skills. A professional and polite demeanor, with a friendly and outgoing personality. Experience in call center and appointment setting environments, with a strong understanding of customer service principles. Organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and a ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
