Assist with general inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease inquiries, ensuring that all customer needs are met and exceeded. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to lifelong learning. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting, where you have developed the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional support to customers. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to effectively interact with customers and colleagues alike. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple customer interactions and administrative tasks with ease.
