Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. At least one year of office experience, with telecommunications experience being a plus. A background in life and health insurance and knowledge of insurance operations, although not required, are highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills, with a proven ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and professionally. Strong communication, both written and oral, and organization skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Basic PC skills, with the ability to type at least 30 words per minute. Reliable and predictable attendance, with the ability to work full-time and/or part-time based on the specific position. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred: Bilingual skills (English/Spanish), with a pay differential available for bilingual employees. Previous experience in a remote work environment, with a dedicated home office or quiet workspace.
