About the Role: Remote Customer Service Representative We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of our company, and your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
