Key Responsibilities: Assist callers with billing inquiries and provide support to resolve issues Determine offerings customers are missing and make upgrade and add-on service recommendations Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC) Coding sales accurately and completely Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
