Our vision is to create a seamless and stress-free experience for our customers, and we're looking for talented individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Handling inbound and outbound calls, delivering a high level of customer service experience consistently * Managing customer accounts and providing technical support * Entering application data and responding to online chat inquiries as assigned * Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies * Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues * Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates * Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities * Completing extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications * Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Moderate to advanced computer skills * A high level of comfort learning new technology * High level of professionalism * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Comfortable working from home * Self-motivation and a drive for success **Preferred Experience** While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, would be beneficial.
