Job Overview As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will act as a liaison between our field technicians, customers, and vendors, providing product and service information, resolving emerging problems, and ensuring seamless communication. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that all issues are addressed accurately and efficiently. This is a full-time or part-time remote opportunity available to candidates based in the USA. Key Responsibilities Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems. Create and assign work orders to vendors, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Dispatch and track marketers assigned to work orders, providing updates and resolving any issues that may arise. Quote services to customers based on market pricing, ensuring that all quotes are accurate and competitive. Provide customer service and issue resolution for vendors, addressing any concerns or problems they may encounter. Assist customers with resolving issues involving cell site maintenance, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Update customers daily on the status of emergency call-out requests, ensuring that they are informed and satisfied with the progress. Assist marketers with directions, access issues, and other problems that may arise while working in the field, providing support and guidance as needed. Complete all assigned work orders in a timely manner, ensuring that all tasks are finished to a high standard. Prepare work orders for invoicing, adding costs and generating reports within our proprietary systems. Track and update work orders, submitting reports to customers on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on their specific requirements. Follow up on all open work that needs to be scheduled, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Responsible for all day-to-day service scheduling, creating work orders, dispatching, and scheduling all emergency call-out requests. Resolve vendor issues, working closely with propane vendors to address any access issues, directions, or other problems that may arise. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: At least 1 year of previous experience working with customers, preferably in a customer-facing role. Proficiency in MS Excel, with at least 1 year of experience using the software. Ability to work under limited supervision, with excellent organizational and time management skills. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately complete tasks and resolve issues.
