Maintain organized records of customer interactions, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up on inquiries and requests, and utilizing our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track client interactions and preferences. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the travel industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support.
