Key Responsibilities Manage your own schedule and work independently to provide courteous and efficient customer support via phone and video support (less than 15%) during the busy tax season. Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to tax filing, including TurboTax sign-in issues, amending tax returns, e-file rejections, printing/saving returns, tax refunds, and return status.
