About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kentucky. Key Responsibilities: Engage directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms to address a variety of topics and concerns. Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, following up as needed to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a remote or call center setting. Ability to multi-task, think critically, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed, including evenings and weekends. Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
