This role will be an integral part of our National Campaigns Unit, where you will play a vital role in communicating with shareholders and providing exceptional customer service. Job Overview In this remote position, you will be working from the comfort of your own home, utilizing your own equipment to provide top-notch service to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound, outbound, and email responses, all while working in a fast-paced environment. Your primary focus will be on a contested proxy meeting, where you will be required to communicate effectively with shareholders, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, responding to shareholder inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Respond to emails and provide timely and accurate information to shareholders Communicate effectively with shareholders, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information about the contested proxy meeting Direct shareholders on where to vote and provide information on the voting process Work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives Utilize Microsoft Office and other software applications to perform tasks and maintain records Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required At least 6 months of customer service, data entry, or related experience Good speaking voice and excellent communication skills Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience in a remote customer service role Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Knowledge of shareholder communications and proxy meetings Experience with dual monitors and USB headsets Equipment Requirements: To perform this role, you will need to have the following equipment: MacBook or HP operating on Windows 10 or above (Lenex and Chromebook are not compatible) USB headsets (no wireless) Dual monitors (beneficial but not required) Internet speed of 50 download/10 upload Skills and Competencies: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with shareholders Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
