Job Description: Customer Service Representative We're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide product and service information, resolve technical issues, and drive customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls and emails, providing timely and effective support to customers Communicate internally with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless issue resolution and knowledge sharing Document and update customer records based on interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information Understand and troubleshoot common issues with internal and external proprietary software, providing solutions to customers Assist colleagues and managers with various tasks, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team Essential Qualifications: Reside in the United States Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email, with the ability to learn new software and systems Proactive and able to prioritize work, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service Ability to pass a background check Meet the minimum equipment requirements, including a reliable computer and internet connection Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience Previous experience with proprietary software and systems Leadership or team management experience, with a desire to grow into a leadership role What We Offer: At blithequark, we're committed to providing our team members with the tools, training, and support they need to succeed.
