Key Responsibilities Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally, providing information and resolving inquiries regarding our products and services. Handle Customer Complaints: Handle customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established guidelines. Identify and Escalate Priority Issues: Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams, ensuring that customers receive the support they need. Maintain Customer Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records by updating account information as needed. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
