Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Managing High-Volume Calls : Efficiently and effectively handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that every customer interaction is exceptional. Ensuring Customer Satisfaction : Determine customer needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. Providing Multi-Channel Support : Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and effective support. Working Variable Schedules : Be available to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules, including overtime as necessary. Maintaining Regular Attendance : Demonstrate regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need. Other Duties as Assigned : Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed. Requirements To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll need: Strong Communication Skills : Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions. Ability to Multitask : Comfort with a fast-paced environment and the ability to multitask, handling multiple calls and customers simultaneously. High School Diploma or Equivalent : A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong educational background in a related field preferred. Physical Requirements : Ability to sit for long periods of time, with minimal breaks. Availability : Willingness to work one Saturday per month and a 5pm-Midnight shift.
