Provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, travel guidelines, and other relevant details to assist customers in planning their travels. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred, particularly in business, communications, or a related field. Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with a demonstrable track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly, concisely, and in a customer-friendly manner. Strong problem-solving abilities, combined with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for helping others. Proficient in using computers and various software applications, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems.
