Your Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Service Handle and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy. Work with confidential customer information, treating it with sensitivity and discretion. Aim to resolve issues on the first call, being proactive and solution-focused in your approach. Communicate effectively with customers, calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise. Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that customers receive the support they need. Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, providing feedback on call issues to drive continuous improvement. Upsell products or services as required, identifying opportunities to add value to our customers' experiences. Qualifications: Essential Requirements for Success High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience. Must be 18 years of age or older, with the ability to type at least 25 words per minute. Comfortable with desktop computer systems and having general knowledge of Windows-based systems. Customer service and/or sales experience preferred, with a college degree preferred but not required.
