Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities Receive a high volume of inbound calls and emails from customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations Refer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics, using your knowledge and expertise to tailor your responses to each customer’s unique situation Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers, ensuring that they feel valued and supported throughout their interaction with blithequark Document all customer interactions, maintaining accurate and detailed records of each conversation and ensuring that all necessary follow-up actions are taken Attend trainings and workshops to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge, staying current with industry trends and developments and continuously improving your performance and productivity Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that demonstrate your ability to provide exceptional customer service and support.
