About the Role We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
