Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound calls (70-120 daily) in a professional manner, ensuring that each customer interaction is positive and productive. Engage with policyholders, providers, and other parties to address their needs effectively, providing timely and accurate information to resolve their inquiries. Stay updated on policy information and procedures, ensuring that you have the knowledge and expertise needed to provide exceptional service to our customers. Ensure timely and professional responses to inquiries via phone, email, or written correspondence, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 1+ years of experience in a high-volume contact center or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and customer service skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and provide clear and concise information. Proficiency in basic computer functions and Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
