The Opportunity: Remote Customer Service Representative In this permanent work-at-home role, you'll leverage your exceptional customer service skills, patience, and compassion to answer inbound phone calls for our clients' members or customers. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, resolving issues via one-call resolution guidelines, and consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
