Job Overview We are seeking full-time and seasonal Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer accounts, and offering technical support. You will also be required to complete application data entry, respond to online chat inquiries, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, with base pay starting at $14.50 per hour, and enhanced rates of up to $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance. Spanish bilingual representatives can earn a base pay of $15.50 per hour, with enhanced rates of up to $17.00 per hour.
