Job Overview We're looking for a skilled Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a full-time, seasonal representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering an amazing customer experience, helping to demystify the process of finding and enrolling in health insurance. Your dedication to exceptional customer service, technical support, and problem-solving will be essential in driving our mission forward. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and address customer inquiries via online chat Perform application data entry, interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, and demonstrate creative problem-solving skills Flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, with a focus on time and task management (multitasking and task prioritization) Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, ensuring compliance and professionalism Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements: Be at least 18 years of age Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace Use a personal laptop or desktop computer for the training period, with cable/fiber broadband internet and a hard-wired ethernet connection (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite are not compatible) Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period, complete a background check and health screening, and adhere to our internal systems and protocols In terms of qualifications, we're looking for individuals with: Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology High levels of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a self-motivated, success-driven approach Comfort working from home, with a strong ability to manage time and tasks effectively Preferred Experience: While not required, the following experience is preferred: Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles Familiarity with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act Experience in a call center environment, with knowledge of CRM systems and practices Spanish bilingual skills, which are considered a plus What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to supporting your growth and success.
