As a key member of our Field & Operations Support Center, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. Your primary focus will be on handling inbound call traffic, scheduling support, and resolving customer scheduling concerns. If you're a customer service professional with a passion for delivering world-class experiences, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Receiving and handling approximately 100-150 inbound calls from internal and external customers daily * Providing "one call" resolution with minimal transfers to resolve customer requests * Making necessary decisions to dispatch a technician when on-site service is required * Successfully navigating complex scenarios to achieve customer satisfaction and prevent escalation * Effectively utilizing customer service skills and multi-tasking abilities * Resolving customer inquiries related to SMS Text appointment confirmations and/or confirm site readiness as needed **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Superb customer service skills, with a focus on delivering world-class experiences * A high school diploma or equivalent * The ability to type at least 45 wpm * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities * Strong multi-tasking abilities * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency with prioritizing decisions based on multiple criteria and identifiable standards of policies and procedures * Proficiency with aspects of Microsoft Office * General technical knowledge **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
