The ideal candidate will be based in California and have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional client experiences through consultative support, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex products and services Take orders, organize activities in the store, provide pricing and product information, and suggest suitable arenaflex items and services Work with a wide range of equipment, move boxes and hardware, stock materials, manage the production line, and complete assigned tasks as needed Adhere to instructions from managers and assist other colleagues in performing store functions Aid in the training of store colleagues Ensure all client issues are resolved quickly and to the client's satisfaction Collect, package, and ship merchandise, including wrapping items, weighing packages, and attaching labels Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment using client-provided original media and reports Maintain a safe, clean, and accurate retail location Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 6+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to remain standing during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods Ability to lift and move 55 pounds Ability to bend and kneel at the waist and knees Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other colleagues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under significant pressure Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment Knowledge of printing, signs, and graphics, and transportation product offerings Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to report consistently to work and maintain established business hours Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
