Job Overview The Remote Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients, utilizing consultative behaviors to identify individualized needs, propose options, and deliver solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of our products and services, including print, signs and designs, and transportation. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues, take orders, provide pricing and product information, and suggest suitable arenaflex items and services. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service experiences, utilizing consultative skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored support Take complex customer orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing information Collect, package, and prepare items for delivery, ensuring timely and efficient service Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment, utilizing client-provided unique media and reports Maintain a safe, clean, and accurate retail location, adhering to arenaflex standards and guidelines Process financial transactions using a Retail location terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change Clean, repair, and stock all retail location printing and delivery equipment and supplies, ensuring optimal performance and availability Stay current on retail location marketing materials and ensure proper display of all retail area product and signage Take proactive measures to prevent errors and waste, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions Essential Qualifications and Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education 6+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and colleagues Strong consultative skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative and making sound decisions Ability to lift 55 pounds, bend, and kneel, as required by the role Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under significant pressure, while maintaining attention to detail and focus Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices Knowledge of print, signs and designs, and transportation products and services, with the ability to provide expert guidance and support Experience with order systems, POS terminals, and other related technology, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to creatively resolve customer complaints and issues Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development, recognizing that our people are our greatest asset.
