About the Role As a Remote Customer Service Representative at TDB Communications, you will be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, assisting callers with their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work with a variety of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and telephone technology to provide efficient and effective support. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with paid training, a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities Customer Support: Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and troubleshoot customer issues in a professional and courteous manner. Issue Resolution: Research and resolve member or provider inquiries, escalating complex issues to appropriate personnel as needed. CRM Management: Record call information and updates in the CRM ticketing system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to customers as needed, providing proactive support and resolving issues promptly. Application Assistance: Assist callers in completing online applications, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Compliance: Adhere to privacy rules and stay up-to-date on regulations and policies, ensuring the highest level of compliance and integrity. Teamwork: Connect callers with leadership as needed and collaborate with team members to provide seamless service and support. Problem Reporting: Report technical or system problems through the online system, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime. Essential Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a strong foundation in communication and customer service skills. Experience: Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience required, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues. Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer software, CRM tools, and telephone technology, with experience working with help desk software and a strong understanding of technical troubleshooting. Internet Requirements: Download speeds of at least 60mbps and upload speed of at least 6mbps (must submit speed test via speedtest.net), ensuring a reliable and efficient remote work environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous Experience in a Remote Work Environment: Experience working from home or in a remote setting, with a proven ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively. Advanced Technical Skills: Experience with advanced CRM systems, help desk software, and other relevant technologies, with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new tools and systems. Leadership Experience: Experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a proven ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve exceptional results. Skills and Competencies Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, empathize with customers, and communicate clearly and concisely.
