Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Member Service Representative, you will provide telephone assistance to arenaflex Medicaid members and providers, addressing a wide range of inquiries, including eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. Your primary goal will be to deliver an exceptional experience to our callers, ensuring that every interaction is handled with empathy, professionalism, and a deep understanding of our members' needs. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming member and provider calls, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs. Utilize high-speed internet connectivity via a secure ethernet cable connection (Wi-Fi is not permitted) to ensure seamless and secure communication. Participate in comprehensive training programs, including an initial 6-week training schedule (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday), to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. Work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to commute to our office in Charleston, WV, if technical issues arise that prevent you from working remotely. Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals, demonstrating your ability to communicate effectively with members and providers, both orally and in written form. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers, both orally and in written form. Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional experiences in a call center setting. Ability to work from home, with a reliable and secure internet connection, and demonstrate self-sufficiency in a remote work environment. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working remotely in a call center setting, with a proven ability to thrive in a virtual environment. Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare, with a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of these programs.
