Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support to our clients via phone and chat. As a Remote Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing general support. Key Responsibilities Respond to client requests and inquiries via phone and/or chat, including product purchases, service and quality inquiries, order status, product information, and general client support issues Demonstrate high standards for quality service and maintain a positive outlook and enthusiastic attitude Keep up-to-date with product and procedural knowledge, assessing industry trends, and working in tandem with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations Maintain an open communication line with Team Lead, Quality Advocate, Trainer, and Manager for support and personal development Maintain business acumen, courtesy, and professionalism when dealing with all client contacts Enter information accurately and fully document all client interactions in our proprietary call center database (CSC) Be punctual to work and adhere to all schedules and deadlines, both scheduled and special projects Strive to exceed key performance indicators (KPI) and quality goals as outlined by management Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email Essential Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry Comparable experience in an office environment is encouraged Self-starter with the ability to manage workload efficiently Exceptional written communication skills Demonstrated ability to deliver a high level of client service under high volume Commitment to client service and high-quality standards in grammar, punctuation, and written business acumen Professional, upbeat, and engaging oral and/or written communication Ability to develop relationships with clients, even in difficult situations Ability to advise and counsel clients in a quick and efficient manner Must be computer literate and internet savvy, with e-commerce and online shopping experience preferred Experience in windows-based applications, specifically client relationship management tools preferred (e.g., Instant Service) Excellent data entry skills, with a minimum of 45-55 wpm Must be flexible and ready to work in a dynamic shift environment, with weekends and evening shifts may be required Preferred Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required Prior customer service or troubleshooting experience is preferred Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is preferred Live chat experience is preferred Call center experience is preferred Skills and Competencies Agile thinking, high energy, passion, and persistence Strong desire to be helpful and take ownership of resolving customer situations Excellent oral communication skills, with clear diction, tone, and knowledge of proper grammar Positive outlook and enthusiastic attitude Conscientious team player Driven by delivering results Dependable and consistent, with a history of good attendance Naturally curious, with an aptitude for learning and understanding quickly Ability to multitask by reading, typing, and navigating through applications while speaking to customers Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
