About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Manhattan, Kansas. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities Provide prompt and considerate service to all customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Ensure accurate and timely completion of all customer requests and data entry, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain performance levels to specified goals, consistently meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction targets. Utilize computer systems and software to efficiently manage customer interactions, track issues, and resolve problems. Work autonomously and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and expertise. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product knowledge, and company policies to provide informed and effective support to customers. Education and Experience To be successful in this role, you'll need: A High School Diploma or GED. At least 1 year of experience in a call center or animal health environment, preferably in a customer-facing role. Skills and Abilities We're looking for individuals with: Excellent knowledge of customer relations theory and practices. Strong computer skills, with proficiency in operating various software applications and systems. Attention to detail and ability to retain information readily. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
