Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction, and contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
