Job Summary As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers' travel experiences are seamless from start to finish. Working remotely, you will use your customer service skills to address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or social media. You will work closely with our team to meet customer service goals and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or social media, providing timely and effective solutions. Provide information about our services and manage reservations, cancellations, or upgrades, ensuring that customers have a smooth travel experience. Work closely with the team to meet customer service goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions for future reference, using our CRM systems and practices to track customer preferences and history. Identify and escalate priority issues to supervisors, ensuring that complex problems are addressed promptly and efficiently. Follow up on customer interactions to ensure that issues are resolved and customers are satisfied with our services. Ensure high customer satisfaction levels by providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
