Job Overview As a Remote Customer Service Manager at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, addressing customer pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. Your daily activities will include inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits, basic computer knowledge, completing necessary paperwork, quality control, and leadership development. Key Responsibilities Field customer inquiries and address pain points in a timely and professional manner Maintain extensive product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers Deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Make inbound and outbound calls to customers, setting appointments and performing presentations as needed Complete necessary paperwork and perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and attention to detail Develop leadership skills and contribute to the growth and development of the customer service team Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. You must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma (higher education preferred but not required), and be able to pass a background check. Customer service and/or retail experience is preferred but not required.
