Key Responsibilities Promote and sell air journeys to the traveling public or freight forwarders Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance Interpret authority's guidelines and requirements for domestic and international journeys or shipment shipments Meet and dispatch aircraft within set-up times Provide assistance to troubled passengers and clients Protect company properties and revenue Ensure a safe journey for our clients Possess the physical capability and dexterity to apply motor skills to perform various job-related duties Use organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited time period Be self-motivated and require minimal supervision Respond and assist during safety and emergency situations Follow internal and external regulations and procedures May be required to drive and operate air stairs to enplane and deplane passengers Responsible for the overall performance within the work location and may be required to lead and direct the work of other employees May be required to perform Passenger Operation Control functions, including air-to-ground communication as well as Tower functions Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. Bilingual language skills are required in some locations, and you will need to have a valid driver's license as required by local authorities. You will also need to be able to pass FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted admission to airport security identity display areas (SIDA), if applicable. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a related field Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays Must be able to report to work on a regular and timely basis Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
