About the Position We are excited to announce an opening for an Entry Level Work from Home Customer Service Chat Support Representative on behalf of our client, a major blithequark vendor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing prompt and courteous customer service through online chat channels, responding to inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our team members to ensure customer satisfaction and help troubleshoot technical issues.
