Key Responsibilities Understanding and implementing all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure seamless customer interactions Taking all overflow inbound service calls to ensure that all customers receive timely and attentive service Assisting customers with appointment scheduling, providing them with convenient and suitable time slots Collaborating with Service Managers to ensure that every customer experience meets our high standards of excellence Maintaining a working knowledge of our dealership systems and technologies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers Staying up-to-date with marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates to offer customers the latest information and promotions Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Proficiency in using phones and computers, with excellent communication and technical skills A professional and polite demeanor, with a friendly and outgoing personality The ability to provide world-class customer experiences, exceeding our customers' expectations Previous experience in a call center or appointment setting environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles Organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment A strong team player mentality, with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues to achieve common goals Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Bilingualism, with the ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with self-motivation and discipline Familiarity with dealership systems and technologies, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
