Key Responsibilities Process incoming faxes containing critical information from providers, patients, and medications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Verify the completeness of required information, including dates of birth and medication dosages, to prevent errors and delays. Conduct follow-ups with providers to obtain any missing information, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills. Accurately input data to confirm prescription coverage, maintaining a high level of precision and efficiency. Manage approximately 20 inbound calls daily to verify and gather essential information, providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.
