Key Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service and Technical Support Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively. Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, requiring a broad knowledge of these areas. Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up actions. Demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Maintaining a broad and up-to-date knowledge of client products and services, including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, with familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology being an asset. Offering additional products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences, enhancing their overall experience with our brand. Delivering expert customer experiences with a positive and friendly attitude, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess: At least 1 year of customer service and/or technical support experience, demonstrating your ability to handle customer inquiries and technical issues effectively. A high school diploma or GED, providing a foundation in basic skills and knowledge. A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, ensuring you can focus on customer interactions without interruptions. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, essential for using our systems and tools efficiently. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, allowing you to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining quality and productivity. Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to our systems and processes, demonstrating your commitment to growth and development. A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing, ensuring you have the necessary hardware to perform your duties. High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone, providing reliable connectivity for customer interactions and work tasks. Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence, meeting our operational requirements.
